I was extremely impressed by my experience at West. From the ambiance to the food and the service, everything was exceptional. My group tried the 5-course menu with wine pairings and we were blown away by the flavors and presentation of the dishes. The sommelier did a great job explaining how each wine complemented the food. We spent the entire evening there and had a fantastic time. I will definitely be returning to West in the future. The food was absolutely fantastic.

This restaurant offers exceptional fine dining. The tasting menu was fantastic, with the venison and spiced pear dish being a particular standout in both flavor and presentation. The praline, caramel, and whiskey dessert was also exquisite.

My wife and I had dinner at The West on Saturday, 14th. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere was fantastic, the cod dish was incredible, the staff were excellent, and the service was top-notch. It was a night to remember, thanks to all the staff for a wonderful evening.

The food at West is amazing. We had the tasting menu which was a joy. Fergal was a great host, informative and good fun. The beef was the nicest I have ever eaten, tender and full of flavour. Will definitely be back.
