RSL - BEAUDESERT

Went to the RSL to see the Johnny Cash Show. Well let's just say the show was great but that is where it stopped. Our party of 12 stayed for a meal and when the meals came out they were all cold. Not only did we all send our meals back, they still came back cold. Save you the hassle, walk across and order some Chinese from Happy Valley never had a bad meal there.

Visited many times & will continue. Basic club Service good, bar prices good,atmosphere good, food fair.

Wow! This regional RSL Club has a great bistro. We had toasted sandwiches and chips with milkshakes. We couldn't fault it. Service, quality, presentation and taste all were top notch. Easy parking and easy to find. Check it out????????

The Beaudesert RSL always offers an enjoyable night out- particularly on a Saturday when David Barry is playing. The club has a comfortable feel, the staff are friendly and there is a room for the kids to play. The staff also offer colouring in for the kids-so they never get bored. There is a good variety of menu choices and the menu changes regularly. There is also a courtesy bus to pick you up and drop you home. Well worth a visit for a good night out.

Each time we visit we are greeted with a smile - all the staff are lovely.There are a lot more positives than negatives - there is a large dining area, sometimes with live music. There's a kids play area easily visible from the dining area.The ode is read every day at 6pm - Lest We Forget The food is a bit hit & miss - sometimes the meals are great, keep an eye out for the specials, as they have different things available each day. I had the salmon with mash & veg. the other day & it was lovely :)Sometimes we've had not so good meals - it's never been really terrible, but on occasion we've had almost raw vegetables (al dente is good, but carrots so crunchy they could be used with a dip are not good when they are the side for a main meal). The same with steak - if you order the one less cooked than you mean to eat you might get it cooked right - so, for example I like medium rare, so here I order it rare.That happens in lots of places though, not just here.Onion rings are also supposed to be browned - the ones here are usually anemic!They do have a new chef at the moment, so we're hoping for good things :)If we didn't like it, we wouldn't keep comingKeep up the good work guys!
