Bojangles - Beaufort County

Order 4 pc tenders and Mac and cheese..order was not accurate. Given fries instead.

It is January the 2nd time 10:00 in morning came through the drive-thru and the employees completely ignored the fact that I was there sat over 15 minutes waiting so pulled up to the window and the girl said she did not hear me how can you not hear me through your speaker know they were busy playing around inside instead of listening out for customers.

Went into the store earlier tonight and this was the drain under the soda fountain and the iced tea. I’m sorry but that’s absolutely disgusting. There’s no reason these should ever be this gross. That poses a serious health risk to both staff and customers.

Pulled up at 7pm. A worker was sitting on the curb. I waited at the counter for several minutes. I tried to be seen by the young man in the back but I was ignored. The worker from the outside came in,Passed by me and he ignored me…..I don’t care how good your chicken may be….that’s just insanely poor customer service. Good thing Wild Wings is across the parking lot. Maybe you sold enough chicken today.

Great for biscuits in the morning and make sure that you get the Bo rounds.
