Contribuisci feedbackThis place is a joke. Terrible customer service. Managers should not be yelling at customers. Stop treating people like they’re trying to scam you with the DQ rewards app. Also, consider updating your POS system so barcodes can be scanned and mobile orders can be processed.
Absolutely worst design of a drive through anyone with a bigger vechicle stay away from this drive
Dairy Queen Beaumont continues to disappoint time and time again. Even after repeating back the order 3 time they got it wrong…amplified by the fact we were 1 of two people there…amplified by ‘ok’ food quality…amplified by not being a cheap burger joint. In other words…empty restaurant…20min for food…overpriced…and it’s wrong.
There has been multiple occasions where I’ve waited over 20 minutes to get my food, sometimes when the place is barely even busy. I get things can be tough but there are ways to change this and help it. More effort needs to be made to make it more efficient. The only reason I keep coming back is because I love the food, but even now I’m starting to question weather it’s worth it.
Stopped in for a blizzard and a small cup for my dog. Was charged a kids size for that. My ice cream was exactly how it should be. Service was quick and there was no line when I was there at 7:30
