Ordered for collection at 5:10, food was not ready until 5:40. Sauces for kids meals were missing. Staff were friendly but disorganized. Staff made no effort to inform me of the delay or apologize for making me wait 30 minutes in the store, with two hungry kids. Another customer managed to order at the desk, and leave with his food before mine arrived. Food was good and hot when it eventually arrived.
