They were crazy busy and my order that I had made online was not ready. I didn't tell them a problem, and I had a place and wait. The cashier was super nice and apologise and gave me a free drink. Great customer service that surprised me as customer service was really bad at other places. All staff were friendly and friendly. And I know my food was made fresh. Definitely a place to go back.

The cleanest and healthy Chinese fast food I can count on. I get brown rice, steamed vegetables and a duck of green beans chicken, orange chicken or honey walnut shrberries.i can count my calories and make very educated decisions. Price is always right!

Ordering the delivery via their app. They sent the wrong order. We have another food. When I called, the answer to the person was attentive. I wanted to talk to a superior. His name was Ryan. Ryan told me to call DoorDash because they were all able to pick up a replacement (which defeats the purpose of a delivery I paid). He said DoorDash could reorder a replacement for me. I told him he was supposed to fix this and he hung on me. I called DoorDash and they said they were wrong. All DoorDash could do was a refund (which I took). I then called Ryan(Panda Express) back and let the DoorDas rep(stored calls)inform him of the right information that Ryan tried to argue first about it before he finally said that he "delivered the information to his supervision. Anyway, I just wanted the food I paid for. And this boy was rude and unprofessional and should probably not work in any customer position.

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. However, when it comes to delivering poor quality consistently over a long period of time, there is a problem. This particular location has continuously gotten worse over the past couple of years. After this last experience, we will not be going back to this location. Noodles were burned. Food we ate was not well made, not fresh at all. Not fresh made, not fresh ingredients. Taste was so bad 5 of the 6 of us disgusted our food mostly uneaten. Definitely not the quality we know to consistently expect from Panda Express chain.
