The bookstore part is fine but the café service is questionable… ive been here soooo many times and usually its fine but today i tried to order a mango dragonfruit refresher with no fruit in it (just had wisdom teeth done so i cant do seeds) and a warmed blueberry muffin. Instead they almost gave me a frozen drink but i did correct them on that, and then gave me a cold blueberry scone. When i confronted them about the drink they were so confused about why i wouldnt want it frozen when i never said anything like that, I just asked for the drink with no fruit sorry for leaving a review on the bookstore itself since B&N is great, but this is the closest i could get to hating on the cafe
Best bookstore in the city. Their selection is almost double that of the next biggest one. Even more books than the public library.
Not much to say as we went in for a little information. Employee was helpful.
There's nothing like holding a physical book in your hands. And shopping at a bookstore is way better than online. You get to see everything all at once. And even to read a chapter and try it out. There aren't enough chairs at this Barnes and Noble. Only towards the coffee shop. None in the books area. But then again, fewer and fewer people go to bookstores these days. I bring my son here to develop good values as he grows up.
