Went there this evening, worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. First and foremost, my boyfriend and I were only greeted by the young male worker (seemed to be his first day and he was doing great btw , who then went to go get the older white woman (who I was guess was training him? . Anyways, once the woman is behind the counter, she is constantly rolling her eyes while taking our order, huffing and puffing when we added a few extra things to the sandwiches, and is being entirely rude to the worker who had to be no older than 16 years old. She’s saying things like, “move!” “grab this!”, and overall embarrassing this young man and making this a very uncomfortable situation for not only the customers, but the poor trainee. I just hope her terrible customer service skills do not rub off on this young man during training. Bad work days are understandable but I could never imagine acting like this, especially not to someone who’s clearly just starting out. Do better subway lady!
