Fuchsbraeu - Beilngries

Ok so this town has many nice places with nice gardens etc. This place menu is same as many other German restaurants in this area and up in the Alps, however. A Kaiserschmarren here is simply better and more well made. Tried lamb, slow cooked pork, schnitzel and all were of good quality. Def. worth a stop!

We arrived late and they cheerfully accommodated our every request even past closing. The food was very good as was the local beer and the competent young waitress.

The Fuchsbraeu is an very nice hotel and restaurant, has very delicious food and the atmosphere is very nic.

As another reviewer pointed out, the food is a cut above average and the service a cut below. We have eaten in other restaurants in Beilingries and found them a better value. Still, we recommend the Fuchsbraü.

Theses are good German and Bavarian dishes, but in an excellent quality. The staff is also very friendly.
