I gave this rating because my food was great but I there was a girl in the window who accept my payment and was very polite and helpful but there was a guy that came to the window behind her and was very rushing and rude I even pointed it out it didn?t make a difference..... thanks again to the lady with the curly hair she was very helpful and polite I don?t have a name for her because there was no name tag.... it was this morning around 8:45

As a DUKN aficionado this locations service proved to be quite disappointing. Much longer than average wait for response at drive-thru. On top of the delayed service the staff member repeated our order back in the most purposely ignorant sounding manner. Arrived at the window to again wait way much longer than usual to receive our order. Beverages were fine but service was rude and horrible.
