And the kitchen told him the sauce was there, which it was not. And he said, I need to check my order . Not good customer service. The size of the chicken in the chicken ball was miniature. All breading. It used to be so good.Parking: Not impressed this time.
Dear Owner/Managet920 pm on this Wednesday night. Web and sign both say 10pm. Call to place an order and the female call taker says we cant take your order the chef cleaned the kitchen....Really??? Chef should be cleaning it again. The food is average on a good day there.....been many times. Not sure why l'm disappointed buy I am.I guess your business no longer needs my business...
We used to go here quite frequently prior to Covid. The food quality and options have deteriorated. Happy to see the carpet has been replaced with flooring but being a pescatarian, even the vegetable and fish dishes were not hot and just not fresh. No more custard for dessert and even my husband who eats meat says we won't bother going back. Too bad.
It’s quite a hidden germ near Sandbanks! The modified Chinese food didn’t surprise us, but the sushi bar with sashimi did. I enjoyed the variety of the food from appetizers, entrees to desserts. My only complaint is that the sashimi seemed not very fresh and the sushi were dry. It will be great if they could be freshly made. The service was fast and efficient, and the vibe was quite good. We spent nearly 30 bucks each for dinner, and I think it’s pretty reasonable for what they offer. Would love to go back if we visit Sandbanks again.
I've been here several times and it's usually hit or miss. This time the food was really bland and only about 2/3 of the buffet trays were filled with food. Came around 4pm so maybe it was too early for prime time. Will try North China Buffet next time.
