Genki Sushi - Bellevue

I have many happy memories at this restaurant, sharing meals with loved ones and enjoying the wonderful staff, some of whom became favorites of mine. I'm especially thinking of my friend who always created the most amazing versions of every dish.

I absolutely loved this location; in my opinion, it is far better than the one in Renton. It's always my go-to spot for reliable, quick, and friendly service. The food is consistently good as well.

I had a late lunch, but it was definitely worth it! I indulged in a sushi feast that included seared salmon nigiri, a hot lobster roll, takoyaki, fried calamari, and a spicy tuna bowl. I’m feeling so stuffed! Everything was absolutely delicious!
