Kiku Sushi - Bellevue

Had a quick lunch and the food was good and came out quickly. Only real downside was that it felt a bit like the staff was swamped and ignored us a bit. I think this is a good restaurant and I would happily return but I don't like having to flag someone down for every little thing. Might have been an off day so I wouldn't let it deter others from visiting.

Nice staff and servers with quick, tasty food and skilled sushi chefs. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

Great Japanese food in nice clean and friendly environment. Food is consistently good. Service is also good. I have not given 5 stars because it is not spectacular but really good.

I’m not sure why I hadn’t dined here sooner. The food is authentic and delicious, although the menu may not be as extensive as other similar restaurants. They focus on appetizers, sushi, and bento boxes, but there are also some additional entrees and noodle bowls available. The restaurant is actually more spacious than I expected, but I found that sitting in the front area is preferable since the service is better there. The bento boxes are fantastic and come with a choice of sashimi or rolls. We also sampled the curry chicken katsu, seafood noodles, and several types of rolls. Everything was excellent, and the food was served faster than anywhere else I can remember, even quicker than some fast-food places. We didn't have a reservation, and it wasn’t an issue, but I’d recommend making one in the future since it got quite busy with people ordering takeout and all. I highly recommend trying Kiku Sushi!

This restaurant reminded me why sushi is my favorite cuisine. Although the prices are medium to high, the sushi quality is exceptional and rivals the best spots in Washington. The fish melts in your mouth. If price matters to you, I highly recommend this place as my top choice for sushi in WA. The photos showcase the Chirashi bowl, Nigiri pieces, a squid and sea urchin roll, and a Bento box, all of which cost just $16, including tax and tip for everything shown.
