What a difference with the chicken tenders this time—they're much better than before! The deals are also better compared to the previous size offerings I got. I visited today, and the place was promptly cleaned after the guests left, keeping everything tidy. The food is average, much like any other restaurant. We ordered the big Carl Doppelburger with onion rings, which I added to give it a more Western flavor. I liked the onion rings, but they have a unique taste—not bad, but not great either. Maybe the oil they use isn't fresh? I can only manage to eat one or two. I typically come here a few times a year. In June 2019, I had the chicken tenders, but they were a huge disappointment. One was the size of a French fry, and the others were just as small—about the size of my thumb.

The new Angus Primal Burger was fantastic! I really hope they keep it on the menu for a long time.

I noticed that it claims to be open 24 hours, but that's not the case. I arrived at 3 AM and found the lights off, and no one was answering at the drive-thru. I've been waiting for a while now, and the only other person I can see is sitting in their car with the windows down, smoking a joint. Is the staff on break? It seems like someone might be working under the influence. I think I'll head to McDonald's instead.

The service was slow when I tried to place my order, and there were some mistakes made as she didn't seem to pay attention to what I requested. When I reached the window, it took quite a while for her to come out and take my payment. I didn't bother to point out the errors in my order, but one item was definitely missing. In the end, she didn't offer me anything, just closed the window. I had to wait for her to return so I could ask for napkins. The food itself was okay, though.

I had a great experience with Lindsey, who was friendly and courteous. She provided my food quickly, and I would definitely give her a 5-star rating. Keep up the excellent work!
