Ihop - Belmont

I was teaching my Taiwanese girlfriend about tipping culinary America; that when I was living here, good service got at least 20% and less for lesser service. These days 20% is expected for doing the bare minimum and that’s what we got from our server. I didn’t cut her tip, because she didn’t really do anything wrong. I just didn’t feel like I was even worth her time. I rather save the 20% tip by putting in the order myself and going to get it myself. Servers here need better training.

Great food and service! It's just a little pricey, unless you are able to order off the senior menu.

Nice clean place. friendly staff. plenty of parking.

We went there no body even came to us or servered any coffe we waited for long time to order food we waited almost 35 min the server was very rude she was spanish she was not to tall and skiny she said we don't have time go somewhere she was so rude we will never go back there again this was the worst experince we had?????????????????????????

Terrible service. Rude staff. And even worse food. Had a disappointing Sunday morning with extremely long wait times to just get my order to go. Approx 45
