I had the peach Sangria alongside the BBLT sandwich, both of which were delightful. The bar area is pleasant, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I look forward to trying the dinner menu in the future. For those who may have had a less-than-stellar experience, I recommend giving it another shot in a few months. A new restaurant often needs time to find its rhythm, and two months post-opening can be especially challenging.
Just a short 5-minute drive from the Botanical Gardens lies this local gem. I ordered the peach Sangria and the BBLT sandwich, both of which were delightful. The bar is inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I'm eager to try their dinner menu as well. Regarding some of the negative reviews, I would suggest giving it another shot in a few months. A new restaurant takes time to settle and establish itself, and the challenges that come in the first couple of months can be tough.
Delightful sandwiches for lunch after hiking the nearby 7 Oaks Preserve Trail! I had the best club sandwich I've ever tasted, and my wife loved the chic Portabella sandwich, which was just the right size for her.
The interior is very beautiful. It is a historical house converted into a restaurant. The atmosphere was simple, but elegant. It's very welcoming. We decided to sit outside because the weather was perfect and the exterior was beautiful. The food was really good. The house made hummus is amazing and the garden package was super fresh and had a lot of taste for a vegetable packaging. Our server was so great. She was really nice and answered all our questions about the menu. She even knew about the history of the house when we were asked. The portions were kind of small, but service and food were 10/10. Would definitely come back here and recommend it to others
I enjoyed seeing the interior of this beautiful historic home. Our server was very pleasant and took great care of us. She did mention that they will be offering a dinner menu soon. Food is delicious, but a little overpriced. Great selection for those who are vegan or vegetarian. Seating is limited since they leased the bottom floor only as the builder for the surrounding neighborhood still occupies the second floor of the house. We will return when they offer the dinner menu.
