Aura Rooftop - Charlotte

I really liked the atmosphere. The food and drinks were fantastic. The service was excellent, and our waitress was very friendly.

I was disappointed with the drinks, there was no food available after 6 PM, and there was NO snow! Overall, not worth it!

Went for the holiday rooftop experience it felt more like spring. The snow that the social media influencers posted about wasn’t on and that’s the only real thing to make it feel wintery. I liked aura better without the tent when it was fully open to see the skyline.

Ran out of the hot chocolate cocktail before I could try it. Customer service and ambiance were good though.

I never had the chance to enjoy Aura because they called me just 20 minutes before my reservation to cancel, citing the cold weather outside. It is December, after all! Your venue is literally named the Winter Garden. To make matters worse, they suggested moving me downstairs to their sister restaurant, Carolina Oyster Bar. My girlfriend, who is allergic to seafood, certainly wouldn’t appreciate the risk of having an allergic reaction on her birthday.
