Sonic Drive-in - Beloit

It is sonic. good ol’reliable burger and dogs. can not go wrong with eating, but occasionally the order will not be exactly what I wanted. even then management and personal are always helpful and go away from making it right.

My sandwich came on the cooler side, but it was still delicious. staff are fast and friendly

It was fast service in contrast to any other time I was, but this time when they order my order metzger I order chicken strips for my son in his wacky pack and they gave him a hamburger and I ordered two quarterpound double cheese burger and received 2 of the regular big burger

Terrible service and just stupid slow. We ordered two drinks 15 minutes later had to hit the button to ask for our drinks were but there was no response finally just gave up and left this was not the first time for this mess

Ordered ahead of time with ASAP selected. Sat in the parking stall 10+ min, before order came out. Only 2 other vehicles in stalls. Added a drink holder to order which she didn't bring, she did go back and bring one out. Ordered cheese sticks and got onion rings instead. I had already ordered onion rings, so didn't need a second order of them. The hamburgers were barely warm and the french fries were rubbery and cold! I really shouldn't have to unpack everything to make sure I got what I ordered and make sure it's fresh before I leave the parking lot. Everything was printed on the ticket correctly. 2 stars because we got the condiments napkins this time.
