Contribuisci feedbackMy husband specifically ordered a certain sub (I heard the phone conversation) they never told him that they didn't make that kind of sub so when we went to pick it up we got a pizza with the sub ingredients instead which was twice the price of a sub! When asked the guy said oh that doesn't come in a sub, only pizza. That should've been said during the phone conversation when ordering. We waited 15 minutes and they had not even started our order but told us it would be ready in 20!
Dude was high taking my order. could barely talk. they had to call back and correct him he messed up so bad.
I really enjoy Smitty's food, but I've noticed it has declined slightly since the new owners took over. I hope that, with time, they will adjust and restore it to the beloved sub shop it once was.
The food was enjoyable, but the staff didn't appear to be very knowledgeable or attentive.
I ordered a small roast beef sub, a bacon cheeseburger, two medium pizzas, and some spaghetti tonight. I took a bite of the sub, and the meat tasted spoiled, so I had to throw the rest away. The cheeseburger looked like it had been squished in the packaging. I’ll save the spaghetti for tomorrow. The delivery took an hour, and overall, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
