Starbucks - Belton

I have to give them 5 stars, even though I didn't receive what I ordered. We drove quite a distance, and I needed some caffeine to perk me up, but I can only make tea. I placed an order through the car lane, and there were only two cars ahead of us, but the service was really slow. We patiently waited until it was our turn, only to be told that they didn't have my order. I was very disappointed, but the staff was extremely apologetic and offered me alternatives. Another employee came over to apologize as well. While I was frustrated and let down, they handled the situation with sincerity, and I couldn't bring myself to be upset with them. They ended up giving me a substitute drink and were incredibly kind throughout the process. They truly deserve a shout-out. Please make sure to pay them well; they work hard!

The Nice Starbucks Café is conveniently located by a temple near I-35 and various shopping malls. They offer both dine-in and drive-thru options. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. #HappyCafe

You’re really great! My friend and I (mostly my friend) eat there at least three times a week. My only complaint is that they often run out of a lot of items I want to order, but I understand that this happens because so many people visit.

This must be one of the best starbucks I've ever been to. The coffee was good, but the best part was the Barista. She went beyond and beyond in her duties to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my order.
