First of all the food quality is not up to par with other locations that I have been to. Secondly there is an incident a few months ago where I ordered food, paid for said food after having my exact order read back to me (by the GM mind you) only to find out when I was getting ready to grab my order that she rang me up for the person behind me. I had to get a refund which caused traffic in the drive-thru and finally got my food home. When I opened it a gnat flew out of the box. That was one hungry bedtimeThere have been other incidents between then and now but they aren't as notable as what's about to come. Last night while I was shivering from a fever and starving because I couldn't eat all day from nausea I ordered a 40 piece McNugget with two medium fries included. (you know, the meal option they offer) not only did it take an hour for them to prepare the food at probably the least busy store hours but when my food finally arrived the McNuggets were there, so was the sauce, but there were two things that were in fact on the receipt that I did not receive.Corporate either needs to come down and seize this location or completely shut it down but this is giving both a bad taste and a bad face to McDonald's. Based on the reviews I'm seeing here, I'm certainly not the first to complain about the **** poor service offered at this particular location.If you're considering spending your hard-earned dollars here, I recommend you just pick some food out of their dumpster, you'll get the exact same quality without the huge tax and bad service!
Big girl in black hoodie gave my buddy a disgusting look when he said thank you to her in the drive through. How hard is it to greet a customer? Especially when they’re not being rude, she had nothing to do and yet was an A-hole to him. Its not that hard to serve a shake to someone… Quit if you hate you working there, but looks like you don’t have much of a choice with jobs lmao
Had an issue with the app and the first manager was completely unhelpful, didn't even try to explain what the automatic process was until we asked multiple times and another manager gave us the info. Proactive service is a management quality and it's lacking here!
I purchased two McChickens with no lettuce. Called make a complaint. The person who answered the phone told me to bring the food back to fix it. With a tone that stated she believes me.
It was refreshing to be able to sit comfortably in a fast food restaurant and do a little work on my laptop.
