Sbarro - Belvidere

What I don’t understand is why are they asking for a tip? Don’t they make enough money on the food? The food is really expensive at this place and addition to it. They have a section where they asking for a dip. I don’t understand. I know you don’t have to tip them, if you don’t want to, but still other than that, the food is good

Stopped here for a quick bite. Fascinating rest area and that too on the busiest I90 highway. Tried their Spinach Stromboli and Red pasta. The food was ok and the service was quick. I have to admit that it was a bit pricey. You can give them a try if you want to try something new.

$6 a slice for pizza, but then you still sneak in a $0.26 charge for not paying with cash. Tricked by a business. Sorry man, to many signs to read. I just look for what I'm buying and get out. Pizza is good though.

ATTENTION I had visited this establishment not long ago while on the way to Rockford and the unprofessionalism of this place is atrocious. The manger (woman) was yelling at her staff as the cashier was helping me at the register which was the 1st red flag. The second red flag one of the gentlemen handling the pizzas had his AirPods in while working and the manager doesn’t seem to care which is a serious health issue; I should of left after that. I paid for my pizza, and the helpful cashier apologized for what I had witnessed. The cherry on top of all this was my pizza was undercooked and at this point I had lost my appetite. I will not be returning to this location until there there is more professionalism of management and the serious health issues of the pizza handler wearing AirPods while working. If possible i would’ve left zero stars but the courtesy of the cashier apologizing to me allowed me to give 1 star.
