Musa's Char Grill - Bentley

With the new owner, musa char grill still give the best kebab I have found around Perth. One make it different is they cut the meat using knive, not machines. This make the meat thicker which result juicer than other. Meat and salad well balance. Great job not changing the style before. I hope the shop have more customer to come. Please try this... Had the chicken pide, spinach and cheese gozleme, and meat pack. The meat was very good. Tender and soft. Sauce on the meat box was a little scarce. Both pide and gozleme was made fresh to order (from the dough), which was very nice to see as many places would serve pre-made. Due to this, getting the order was slower but happy to wait. Gozleme was weirdly filled with a lot of spring onions, which i would prefer to be spinach only. Cheese was lacking, would love to have more. Pide was fresh and soft, straight out of the oven. Consider a sauce or some side dishes, as it is a bit one dimensional in flavour.

Food was delicious and tasted fresh. Had a bit of trouble with communication but staff was friendly. Waited a bit long for food but looked a little understaffed so was understandable.
