Crackerjack Food Truck - Bentonville

We had the pressure cooker. I think it is easily the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It’s too much for one person to eat but you will eat it all anyway. Very impressed.

I made my way back to Crackerjack food truck in Bentonville today for the 2nd time. This round I got the Pua sandwich and it’s fantastic! I wouldn’t suggest it for a first date because it’s messy to eat but the smoked pork butt on it practically melts in your mouth. I think I’m going to give the Pressure Cooker a try next round.

Hector makes fantastic, out of the ordinary food! By far the best food truck that visits our workplace. (The only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because his prices are a little high).

I love this place and the owner is a really fun, witty guy! My friends and I did some adult Mac n Cheeses with different meat toppings to try out. Everyone else got pork on theirs the boring louts. Meatloaf for the win. It's amazingly well seasoned and flavorfull. The Italian dog was perfectly juicy!
