Not sure how bacon has zero taste. My husband ordered the fish and chips and it came with one piece of questionable size fish and again a boatload of salty fries.Food: 2/5
First time dining at Louise. We’ve meant to come here for a long time but finally went for the first time last night. Staff was very nice and it was fun sitting next to the windows and seeing them planes. Unfortunately, we waited a very long time for our food and some of it was cold when it finally came. Tasted fine, but nothing to write home about. They comp’d us for part of our meal since it was cold, which was nice, and the reason I was willing to still give 3 stars. We’re trying to decide if we’ll come back or not.
We really enjoyed our Saturday brunch experience. The restaurant is located inside the recently-built Thaden Fieldhouse, which has lots to see while you wait to be seated. We had a 20-minute wait for indoor seating. They have a lovely waiting area. The restaurant also has outdoor patio seating overlooking Lake Bentonville. The fieldhouse sits adjacent to Lake Bentonville Park, which has modern play equipment, kayaking, and paved trails. The server was so friendly. The menu had a nice variety of offerings; nothing too fancy. We each ordered something different, and everyone was happy with their food. It's not foodie gourmet but it was above-average. They have a full bar. When we dined there, we did not see any planes take off or land. So you should not count on that if that's the sole reason you are eating there. Even without a plane sighting, we were happy with our restaurant choice.
We had a great experience at Louise! Our server Jenny was incredible. She knew what eating out with small kids takes was so helpful. The good was very good. We all loved watching planes take off and leave. While great for kids/families, my husband and I talked about how we'd love to have a cocktail on the patio some evening.Food: 5/5
Nico was an absolute rockstar!! Loved her service and great laughs as she offered a to-go cup then dealt with my dismay that there are to-go cups from sit down restaurants. I’d go back just for the waitstaff. The bartender, didn’t get his name, was also awesome!! He split our mixed drink into two glasses so my husband and I could each try without fighting over one glass. If you want something refreshing without a heavy alcohol taste the t-shirt weather is a win!The food was another great part of the experience! We had a $200 burger, the chicken club, and the pork chop, all prepared well and very enjoyable. And the prices are very reasonable for the food as well as the opportunity to watch the general aviation come and go. This place ticked all the boxes for a pilot and a kiddo who loves planes!! Thank you!!!
