Meld - Bentonville

We were excited to finally visit Meld after hearing glowing reviews and following their Instagram feed. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance with bright pops of color from flowers and small succulents adorning the tables. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. After some consideration, we opted for the Mediterranean sandwich, which included chicken, cheese, lettuce, and a zesty lemon yogurt sauce that tied everything together beautifully, as well as the daily special sandwich—a BLT with turkey, provolone, and a perfectly cooked fried egg. The flavors were rich and crunchy, making for a delightful bite. We both chose the wheat bread, which was a unique pita hybrid that managed to be both crunchy and soft, adding a subtle nutty flavor that complemented the sandwiches. The portions were generous, served with warm, herb-infused potato chips—who knew you could warm up chips? They were delightful! We also enjoyed the coleslaw, which had a light and fresh taste. We can't wait for our next visit to explore more of the menu!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, with flavors that are simply amazing. Some of my favorites include the mushroom carnitas, the big beef sandwich, and the Greek sandwich. Honestly, I haven't found anything I haven't loved so far!

Incredible! I can’t believe we just discovered this fantastic local sandwich and salad place. The food is incredibly fresh and tasty! I think it’s fair to say they offer the best selection of fresh sandwiches and salads in Bentonville. Yes, they’re really that good! Be sure to stop by and see for yourself. We tried the big beef sandwich and coleslaw, and the ingredients were so fresh—did I mention how delicious it was? I’m excited to check out their brunch this Saturday and explore more items on their lunch menu.

LOVE Meld- simple menu and everything is DELICIOUS. They use fresh ingredients, food comes out quickly and they have a friendly staff that checks up on you and your order even though it’s order-at-the-counter. My friend and I had some diet limitations and the owner helped us navigate through the menu, providing some delicious substitution options. I choose Meld frequently for lunch.

So yummy! I had the blacken chicken tacos. Absolutely delicious. Love the owner and friendly staff. Definitely will come back.
