Great beef and chicken, reasonably priced. The boss was real nice to foreigners and can speak english.

Quality meat with sake (not too many options always go fantastic for me : Be mindful that it's a Japanese BBQ restaurant where you are supposed cook the meat yourself with the little bbq table. Friendly (young boy was serving customers in English so tourists could appreciate their menu :

Very nice beef! Though price is not cheap but I consider it reasonable. Pork is ok, but chicken is not so special and I feel can give a miss. Charcoal grill is special and good. The only complain I have is the tradition Japanese way of sitting on the floor. I am not used to it so it is a bit tough to have meal with this sitting posture. I think it is personal preference.

Friendly helpful service with great suggestions. we went to the premium-whit-meat plate (with 3 types 3 pieces per piece) and took the recommended from the waiter and got a plate of the premium beef (can forget what its called but it was the second most expensive). the rettichsalat with plumen dress was very refreshing. highly recommended. bonus: there was a friendly cat on the parking lot that sent us from us

Went there for dinner while staying in Yufuin for a week during the Rugby World Cup. Not everyone speaks English but they made an effort to make us feel welcome, despite the fact that they were very busy. We did manage to walk in and only wait 10mins, but I'd recommend booking. Premium wagyu beef with delicious accompaniments one of the nicest meals I've had in a while!
