Contribuisci feedbackPleasant culinary experience. The food was great and authentic. The cook even prepared pasta without sauce for a toddler. In addition, the waiters were certainly top class and ensured a great care for the customers.
A colleague and I had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant Villani Skostredet in Bergen, Norway. I ordered a Chiatta pizza and my lunch companion had the Calamari. Both dishes were excellent. The real oven taste came through with the pizza. The service and wine list were both excellent. This is an excellent restaurant to visit beautiful mountains during your excursions.
Authentic Italian pizza, good combinations, dough and ingredients. You need to book in advance because it is trendy. I think the service could be better, the guests who came before us, and we had nothing to drink. The waiters looked stressed out and in a hurry. The Tiramisu is very little and could be better.
This is a must to be in the mountains if you are looking for an amazing food experience in Italian traditional cuisine. The environment is magical, the quality is so high that a star Michelin deserves. The service is managed by staff who can feel more noble. The price is honest and fair served for quality. A special mention for the Sommelier Alessio, who took care of us like never before. This place is better than many back in Italy, and I am Italian. Massive work of management and owners.
Lovely space, reminding of a classic tavern, ostaria, with lots of wood, barrels, bottles of wine on the walls, nicely setting for the atmosphere which takes you back to the Mediterranean. All plates were beautiful and tasty. All the aperitifs and digestives you would normally find in Italy and a lot of drinks and wine to choose from. Since we are in Norway,it is rarely that you find a pizza that actually tastes like the Italian pizza,so a big shout out to the italian pizzaiolo on the other side od the bar, as caprichosa was just as it should be. Risotto properly done,and pasta had all the right flavours. Caprese with buratta is a must for starters. Would easily go there just to have a glass of wine and the caprese. Price was a bit on the expensive side, about 700 per person, but no surprises there,since we did have all the courses. The biggest disappointment (although that is a strong word) were the desserts. No spectacles there, not even the tiramisu. But still, in total- a pleasent meal in a lovely surroundings. Ask table in the back, so there is not any draft coming from the doors opening all the time. It is a busy place.
