Wingstop - Bergenfield

The Bergenfield location of this restaurant is very disappointing. The wings are excessively greasy, unevenly cooked, and lacking in seasoning.

Fries look like they're going to wipe out extra good, no?

We stood in line at 2 o'clock at the restaurant and had to ask twice just to place our order. They initially said it would be ready in 15 minutes, but we ended up waiting longer. After about 20 minutes, a worker came out and informed us that there was a problem with the ticket, so it would take more time. When we finally received our food 20 minutes later, the fries were almost burnt and soggy. It seemed like they had been fried in old oil. I really hate wasting food, but the meal was so disappointing that we won't be returning.

I was drunk with these wings all week! last time I ordered the fries and they were a little salty for me, so this time I ordered without season and season. (girl) they were super polite and beyond! jasmine, (the lady who took my order) many thanks for so nice and sweet! I just took a picture. but that's all you have to do!

I have the honey bbq boneless wings and I ordered them from eat. they packed my order very well and the wings were very good. the only complaint I had was that my wings were oversaturated. otherwise, really good and will order again.
