Nardelli's Grinder Shoppe

Alright so this is what happened.I ordered their plant-based Italian wrap.I'll tell you, it was really not edible in my opinion.I am not picky.I'll eat pretty much anything. Vegetarian meats, I've never had one I wouldn't eat.The plant-based meat was so salty and had a weird burnt flavor. I could not eat it.I've never returned delivered food in my adult life.I called the restaurant to ask if I might be able to bring the sandwich back and exchange it for something else because it was really that gross.The manager told me he couldn't do that to because then he would make no money.I gave it a shot. Not going back.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Total rip off. Corn d beef was almost all fat. Hardly any on the sandwich and only 1 bite had sauerkraut don’t waste you time and money going

I have ordered through the app twice and both times the order has been completely wrong, including missing items that I paid for and wasn’t refunded for. This time, of the 3 items I ordered, not one of them was correct. When I called to inform they were very dismissive. Do not recommend this location at this time.

Wasn't as good as I remember the one in Waterbury to be. Maybe it was an off day. Got the Meatball Grinder and they were dry even covered in sauce. Still better than most either way.
