The kitchen is a cross-over from a Latin American and Japanese cuisine. Very good appetizers are Horenso Gomae (water spinach in Sesam-Erdnusssauce) and Ika Tempura (Fritten Oktopus with fine Mayonnaise and Jalapenos). Only the Celery Dengaku (a slice of celery under caramelized Miso) comes very powerful. Qualitatively, the Ceviche Mexico can convince. Everything has earned at least one mention in the red guide.
