Chickpeas - Berlin

Restaurant serving many vegan/vegetarian options in Kreuzberg centre. Ten euro for a big plate of vegetables was very fulfilling. Possible to sit inside and outside.

I still haven’t found the best falafel in Berlin, but this for sure wasn’t it. (It was not bad either). I was convinced it was a vegetarian place so it was confusing when after discussing it with my limited German and the employees limited English it turned out there was meat in the menu, now I see it was introduced recently.

You have to try falafel, which by now is kind of a local delicacy. Mixed vegan plate is big and very tasty

Very tasty eating (a bit on the salt side), which is gentle on the budget.
