Subway - Berlin

Shortly before the evening, the two employees were wonderfully cool with me by putting together the hot sandwiches for me. Everything went smoothly and I am a happy person and even happier. You could almost think that happiness would get me out of my ears, but then I stayed on the ground of the facts... 5 stars for my experience.

Very friendly service, fast service and always very tasty.

The service could go more to customers by making good suggestions about what breads and beans are available and what combinations fit and whether there is a certain offer at the time a drink is included. Otherwise everything tasted good.

Food is very tasty and also the work area was super neat when I was there. The staff is friendly, only the atmosphere was jammed for me, so there are no 5 stars.

Unfortunately, we have been completely disappointed here today. Not getting the ordered sub, apparently because the employee didn't understand what I ordered, but I paid the more expensive. None of the 3 employees who were there were good German. The employee who served us was totally unfriendly and unmotivated. The store was empty but most tables were dirty from the predecessors the garbage was still on the tables. The subs didn't taste the way they used to.
