We went to lunch today, almost as a start-up drug in the 2 star world. expectations absolutely exceeded. Great and extremely attentive staff, eating a revelation through and through, whether fish, meat or the whole sensational vegan menu. My brain has had to sort in many new flavors (especially in combination) first, especially in the roughness typical intensity, all of our taste has absolutely met, since after the first bites of the corridors it was often necessary to “appreciate”. Depth affection before the kitchen crew also, delivered through and through 100% and one day before Christmas Eve. We already save on the next visit, because it was the best we have eaten worldwide. By the way, the atmosphere is excellent, unavoidable, one is patiently and unpretentiously answered for oneself and every yet so detailed question about ingredients and preparation. And the guests are in the foreground. There is nothing to be crushed, but only come on demand (very well-founded) recommendations etc. that could be so much like everywhere in the fine dining area. Had the Koi and the humming menu plus Wasabi Kaisergranat. Waghu and the rabbit were very good, unfortunately the Jus desalinated. In some other courses, ginger and sharpness were present for our taste. The amuse gueule before the main course was sharp and not our taste. The Wasabi Kaisergranat was sensational. The service remained significantly below our expectations.

We had an amazing evening with a wonderful culinary journey. Really great!
