Osteria Morini - New Jersey

Osteria Morini exceeded expectations. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was just right, and the wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Located in Bernardsville, this restaurant is a consistently reliable choice known for its excellent pasta dishes and welcoming atmosphere. While we used to frequent this spot often, we haven't been as much in recent years. The food, especially the pastas, remain top-notch, and the Romana salad was a standout with its light Caesar dressing. The service has always been exceptional, although prices have crept up over the years. Despite that, it's still worth a visit from time to time.

We had another fantastic brunch at this restaurant. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. The menu is simple but everything we ordered was excellent, especially the meatballs. The Eggs in Purgatory were flavorful and the steak and eggs dish looked incredible. We also enjoyed the variety of bottomless cocktails. We haven't had the chance to try the dinner menu yet, but we are looking forward to it.

Update it's been a solid 3+ years and its under new management since the last time. The food is still good, but not as good as it used to be. I feel like the quality to price has shifted to be a little disproportionately pricey, but still in line with other restaurants in the area. The wine list isn't as well rounded as it once was, the draft beer list was all out other than Peroni and Miller Lite. Service was still good though.
