The Vine Olive - Berwick-Upon-Tweed

The restaurant closed on 30 December. I am very disappointed for didn't receive the notification. Luckily, we found the alternative restaurant.

A lovely setting. However a very limited menu and no wine list. The Chef was very accommodating to dietary requirements and the food was delicious. The two young members of staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambience was lacking due to there only being 5 customers.

Really enjoyed my experience here staff tried really hard too make sure experience good,food was delicious piping hot too food is great value too , will definitely be back again soon.

The restaurant had run out of beef even though the reservation wasn’t a late one. We waited such a long time for our food we were offered complimentary drinks and starter, then the order was incorrect. When the food finally arrived it was hot, plentiful and delicious. The staff were extremely attentive and polite
