Chuck E. Cheese's - Berwyn

I recently attended a birthday party at this restaurant and the kids had a great time. I would give it 4 stars, however, there were a few slot machines that were not working and points were deducted from the card. The staff did not offer any assistance when the kids needed help. The food was good and the reception staff were very friendly this time. My last visit was not a pleasant experience with the staff, but today was a different story. A few years ago, I had my own birthday party here and it was a disaster. I am glad to see that things have improved since then.

I really enjoyed this place! My partner and I were searching for somewhere to take our kids, and this was the ideal spot. We had never been here before. The staff was fantastic, informative, and friendly! Our children had a great time at this lovely, whimsical establishment. This will definitely be our go-to spot for a weekday outing! 5 stars to the employees working tirelessly for 6 hours.
