Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at the window are incredibly rude and appear to have poor listening skills. I had to repeat my order five times, and they still misunderstood what I wanted, which was just a coffee. Then they got upset when I tried to clarify. The service here is very disappointing.
I had a very good experience with the drive-through, but I found the service lacking. I was waiting for my order and felt completely ignored, receiving no acknowledgment at all. Meanwhile, cars in the second lane were being served, and by the time I left, six cars that arrived after me had been attended to. It was quite disappointing.
I came in today and had a really disappointing experience. The staff were very impatient, and it took forever to get my order. I was asked to park and wait even longer. Honestly, this place has turned into corporate nonsense. I won’t be coming back again. And almost $10 for a burger? I’ll take my business elsewhere.
As they change the administration, this one is so slow and inept, I bought an apple juice and she let me wait, an apple juice! after one stay and see them prepare others I ask, she said, I did not forget and went to supply food to a table and let some more wait! I'm not going back! Previously, it's just a headache!
This place has gotten slower and worst if that's possible can't even bag food the service is so bad my hashbrowns are all smushed they pack everything in a little bag!
