Customer service is terrible people are rude all out horrible

Took way too long, food isnt fresh, food was cold, burger buns were soggy, when we unwrapped the burgers it was a complete mess. Not worth it will not be going there again. Management: unorganized, sloppy work we will never be going there again

Not good drove miles to get there for Root beer float an no ice cream

Went for the first time to the A&W and it was pretty good but basic. The burger had good flavor and the cheese curds were my fav. My bf had chili cheese fries with onion rings and he thought the chili cheese fries were good.

Almost every single time I am missing an item from my orders.Food: 5/5
