Emeril's Fish House - Bethlehem

Planned as the dining highlight of our extended weekend get-away, it is hard to imagine how we could have chosen better.

Emeril's Fish House - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania - 10/2/2017 My first surprise was that the Restaurant is located inside a casino.

Just don't go! The fish is not freshAsked for sea-bass to be grilled extra crispy on the skinThey came out and said they only have fillets.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Ensira! And they even had Ethiopian beer ????

We spent the day in the Bishops Arts area. We ate pizza at Enzo's with a group of 6 people. We had salads, artichoke dip and pizza. The bartender was very friendly. The waiter was attentive. The artichoke dip was good, completely different from usual, the salads were fresh, the pizza is more of a flatbread. It's like a pizza topping on a cracker. It was a nice change of pace and everyone enjoyed it, but it wasn't the usual pizza. The atmosphere is lively and the restaurant is in a great location. We had a good time and would go back.
