He has done this before with no issues, but today lady behind counter who he placed the special order with was visibly irritated. I know Wawa is a grab and go, but I know we are not the only ones who have a request. We both work in customer service ourselves and there is just no excuse for giving bad customer service or making customers feel like they are an inconvenience. My BFs business gets 5 star ratings. How this associate acted was just in poor taste.
Same good ole WaWa aint nothing changed other than dividers and the pandemic this place was very packed.Went to get gas and walked in to use their fee free ATM and bought a bottle of water.Nothing new to report about but WaWa is still up alive and kicking as always and thanks to the employees that do a great job to keep things in motion. Hope all employees working at these locations are given a raise along with a nice huge bonus.
What’s going on, placed my order went to pay and lady yelling we got no bread for my order.... btw was order 381 .
I love wawa and literally have to go there every day, but I will go on to the schoenersville rd. the workers at this place are so rude and look like they hate their lives. I work in customer service and have 20 years and this is simply unacceptable.
Karen has a bad attitude and disrespect customers and talks down to her employees please get her some help she is not good under pressure development is definitely needed ask her a question about an item she disrespect me right in front of other customers
