Dunkin' - Beverly

I got my hot chocolate, bagel bites, and my glazed donut. they were out of coffee rolls which is okay but i ordered a chocolate glazed donut and did not get that, but rather a random piece of bread that i did not order. if there were no chocolate donuts thatd be okay but i know that was not the case because this has happened before many times when i have ordered from this location. i do not reccomend ordering from this location if you dont want to be ripped off.

Constantly screwing up order. This time they send part of my order and part of a grub hub order. I ordered from DoorDash.

My iced latte tasted aweful the past 2 times Ive ordered. They forgot the flavor shots one time second time not enough flavor. Usually it tastes great but not the passed 2 times. Disappointing. Also I asked for 2 sauage patties on my sandwhich and have gotten one when Ive paid for two. Not fair. I dont normally complain. I just want my order right especially when I epaid extra for something and didnt receive it. I guess this location is hit or miss.

Hot Chocolate was good. Donuts were missing and the minis tasted stale.
