Wrong order and refused to refund honestly unbelievable. This isn’t a 3rd world country educate your employees.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Take the time out of your day to go the other location in Beverly. Placed a mobile order and said the code via drive through and they said “we no have”. Drove to the window to show receipt of order. They didn’t make it, or refund me. All the employees are incoherent or just simply do not care. Not the first time, but will be certainly be my last inconvenience with that location.
I don 't know how they manage to forget half of the order, but they managed it. A single hat slice of bacon and one small patty for my bacon double qpc . Try harder. Do better.
No straw for the drink, burger bun was soggy with grease, ordered a large and got a medium. Come on now get it together. It's not a hard job and the staff act like they don't know what they're doing.
