Pure Pastry - Beverly

Pure Pastry is located in our neighborhood and is a true gem for those who are gluten intolerant and dairy free. It is difficult to find treats that not only taste delicious but also look as beautiful as the treats made by their team.

Kim is incredibly skilled at baking and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to vegan pastries. I frequent the Salem Farmers Market just to purchase her goods and can't wait to try more of her options during the off season.

I am happy to see that Kim's restaurant is listed on Happy Cow! She offers a variety of vegan options and places importance on being eco-friendly and ethical when creating her delicious dishes. We tried a variety of treats including cakes, cookies, snickerdoodles, breakfast cookies (perfect for hiking!), biscotti, and truffles. Make sure to ask her about her farm and her dog – she'll surely charm you!

Kim is a genie when it comes to baking and has a tonne know about vegan pastries. I always buy something from her on the salem farmers market and look forward to ordering other options from her off-season.

I am pleased that kim is on happy cow! she has many vegan options and takes eco-friendship and ethics into consideration in her amazing creations! we get cakes, cookies, slippers doodles, breakfast cookies (which are great for hiking biscotti. don't forget the truffles! Just ask them about their farm and their dog and they will win you!
