Much too noisy after being offered a table and waiting for someone to serve us, we could not hear ourselves speak so very noisy it was like sitting in a giant shed. We left .

A group a friend’s out for a ‘nice’ night. Waited minutes for first drink (which we had to flag down the waiting staff for as came no where near us once seated) staff with the exception of a really helpful waitress Georgina were borderline...rude and definitely disinterested as was the manager. Food was grim after waiting hours except for pudding but the awful service was just unacceptable such a shame as the singer was fantastic and would love to see her again but unless i take a packed lunch and a bottle of wine myself that wont be happening

Girls out to celebrate and spent all evening complaining and chasing drinks and food! I kid you not waiting over an hour for drinks to arrive, left sitting there after arrival with nothing in front of us! Arrived for start and finally got...our mains at Chicken mash was so poor, not a single vegetable in sight, when queried ‘where’s the veg’? Was told ‘Italians don’t eat veg’! Was given bowl of salad, well that don’t go with mash so no thank you! So many of us ordering drinks that didn’t arrive, constant chasing left us fed up really. On a positive the singer Delilah was brilliant and the night was saved by us all enjoying a dance and the lovely waitress Georgina who against all odds really tried her best for us. Won’t be returning!

I'd been looking forward to visiting Enzos for ages and went there today with a friend. The food was ok (just) but service was awful. There was only waitress and she was run off her feet. We waited ages to order and our main...course took almost an hour! When we requested our bill it was incorrect (wrong table). Just a shrug of the shoulders and no apology A nearby table ordered their main courses and an additional one for their dog. The waitress bought the dog's steak on a plate (same as the customers) and they put it on the floor for the dog to eat off!!! Gross... We won't be going there again

I have been coming here for a few years. It’s always been my fav for brekki! (I’m a big eater portions are great The cakes are amazing and the staff are so friendly. It’s great sitting outside when sunny. Dog friendly too! Gets busy...after midday so get there just before.
