Burger King - Biel/Bienne

Toilettes closed coke warmer than the food.... staff not that friendly

Good BK, very good service. Toilets closed at the moment, due to covid.

I'm actually a fan of Burger King, but something is going wrong in Biel. The food is not as usual from Burger King, the employees seem to be doing their best, but somehow something is wrong. Hierarchy problem? Staff also changes very often. Sometimes I wonder if I should feel sorry for the women who work there. So you compare the atmosphere with Neuchatel, for example... 15 minutes by train... I

I was told that it wasn't great with sometimes questionable products. But I like to make my own experience. I came home and there was no one there. I had two sandwiches that I ate in the car. The first had rotten salad and the second, the meat smelled very strong. I was very sick for 3 days. I didn't want to turn around for a change but I never went back there again.

1. Chaotic and rather overcrowded in the evening. 2. Outdated furniture. 3. Does not participate in the “MyBurgerKing” program. I always prefer BK to McDonalds but this is a disaster. 4. Order not complete and incorrect. 5. You can't understand the employees through the partition walls and they type something completely wrong.
