Mcdonald’s - Biel/Bienne

There was a long hair in my drink. When I reported it, the lady just said “ou sorry” and brought me a new drink without adding anything else. Absolutely disgusting.

Very friendly staff, even though they constantly have to work under stress, I have never forgotten anything (which many people here complain about the food has never been cold and especially the nuggets were still so hot for me that I didn't eat them straight away But well, there are some who need 20 minutes to do an insta story, so it's actually not surprising if the food is cold ; you often actually have longer waiting times, but something like that is actually normal at a McDonald's that has its location at the train station:

Not a single time goes by when ordering to go without something missing from the order
