Milano's Pizza - Big Sandy

I visited the restaurant twice and ordered a large pizza for takeout each time. However, when I got home, the pizzas appeared to be smaller than a large size. I measured them and discovered that both times I received a medium pizza instead of a large, even though I was charged for a large. I called to discuss the issue, but they did not respond to my complaint. Because of this, I won't be returning or spending any more money there.

The chili sauce on the chicken enchilada was thoroughly unappetizing; it felt more fitting for a hot dog or hamburger than for a Mexican dish. I really hope this isn’t one of the owner’s recipes. The sour cream sauce was adequate but completely overshadowed the cheese enchilada. By the time it cooled down, the cheese had turned rubbery, and the edges of the tortilla were inedible—a clear indication of having been microwaved. On my third and final visit a few days ago, this time with family, I was hesitant to order any more Mexican food after my previous experiences. I opted for a cheeseburger with onion rings, asking for ketchup and mustard with all the toppings. Unfortunately, my burger arrived without cheese. I didn’t make a big deal out of it—as it was a minor oversight. However, the bun was cold, and the burger patty didn’t fit properly. Since it wasn’t grilled, the condiments just soaked into it, creating a messy burger that fell apart after just a couple of bites. As for the onion rings, they were poorly done. They either weren’t battered properly or were carelessly thrown into the fryer, resulting in a clump that looked like unseasoned flour mixed with onions. If they were attempting to create a blooming onion, it was a total failure! After this third disappointing meal, I shared my experiences with friends and family, and we all agreed to avoid this restaurant in the future. While I’ve heard there are good pizzas here, I have no intention of checking it out. I would much rather drive to Gladewater than return to this place.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is outstanding! It recently changed its name to Stinky Fat Boys. The owner has a great sense of humor and connects effortlessly with the customers.

The food quality at this restaurant is outstanding, and the portions are quite generous. It's a good idea to set your budget ahead of time. This is among the best Italian cuisine I've had in Longview in quite a while. Oh, and did I mention they offer delivery?
