They tried to make up for it by giving three big slabs of meat, so portions are large. The broth was full of vinegar, super sour and acidic, again, they don't know how to cook. Definitely not a great place to get ramen, even instant ramen is better than this.Chicken karaage was good though. 1 extra star for that.
Stopped in here for a ramen dinner on a Sunday evening. Quite and nice atmosphere and the wait staff were very helpful with menu and local information. We had an order of spring rolls and the Niseko and Spicy Ramen dishes. All were tasty, hearty, not too spicy, with the right amounts of meat and vegies with plenty leftover for lunch the next day. I thought a little pricy so no 5 stars but still solid and would recommend in you have a craving for ramen.
They were very busy but still attentive. The shishito peppers are my favorite for sure. I tried the chasu ramen and was not impressed. Pork is very fatty, broth is salty and heavy. I added the lemon from the shishito peppers and it was better, but also the egg was a bit underdone in the whites which I also did not like. My boyfriend had the Niseko ramen and that was delicious- he added spicy and it was delicious. Especially the buttered corn.
Incredible ramen and even better service. this place slaps. definitely go if you're in the area. loved the vegetarian ramen and get all the hot sauces. you will not be bummed I promise.
We visited the the lower village of big sky and decides to try ramen for dinner. Niseko is located near the front of the village and can be seen from the man road with the bright Ramen sign on their building. We ordered the spring rolls and tried the different types of ramen. The food was very good, but it took over 45 minutes to get out food. It was a busy night in the restaurant and they did have a sign on the door looking for help so maybe that will help in the future. The cocktail that I ordered was pricey, but good and the staff were friendly. I would recommend Niseko if you are in the Big Sky area and in the mood for ramen.
