Kennebec White Water Rafting - Bingham

The tour guide was great and the experience was worth it.

From the onset of our rafting journey, our guide, Makayla, ensured every moment was captured both in memory and in frame. Not only did she thoroughly brief us on safety precautions, but she also regaled us with tales from the area’s history. Our four-hour rafting escapade was a blend of adrenaline, education, scenic beauty, and thanks to the fantastic photography, a series of snapshots we’ll cherish forever. The journey wasn’t confined to the rapids. We had the delightful opportunity to swim in the river, adding a refreshing layer to our adventure. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we were treated to a mouthwatering lunch, a perfect conclusion to an unforgettable day. For anyone on the fence about Kennebec White Water Rafting – jump in without a second thought. With phenomenal guides like Makayla, breathtaking experiences, and a collection of fantastic photos to take home, it’s an adventure of a lifetime!

While I'm giving this a 5 star and I do recommend going 100% go with knowledge you get bused to the drop of 45 min away with no traffic. While the guides do a good job of distracting you from the possibly wet wet booties on your feet with comic relief the lifting of the rafts with 5 people is quite brutal on your hands and yes,it's well worth it!!!!!!!! My wife and I loved loved the top half of the river decidedly way better than the bottom half we definitely needed the sunscreen we brought bc it was absolutely stunning outside. Amongst all the foliage were a multitude of beautiful waterfalls ranging from the named attraction highlight worthy to the newly formed. The trip ended at perfect time to scoop up some pretty great grub I could do without the weird multigrain cheese bread) for the topper photos that were taken along the way by a very adventurous and awesome camera man in his own world going down doing tricks the whole way ot was pretty cool. Absolutely returning next season!!!!!!!

The cabin we shared was HUGE!! It had plenty of room for a large group and we arrived to a very clean space. The guides were really AMAZING! Fun and informative and kept our rafts right-side-up (mostly) and kept things very light and fun, yet made it very clear that safety was paramount with several safety briefings and repeating reminders often. Unexpectedly, I find myself booking for my next weekend right now!

What a fantastic place! Cute clean spacious cabins and the crew is AMAZING! Big shout out to HAYDEN our guide who made my first white water rafting trip unforgettable! Would recommend to anyone looking for great people and big adventures!!!
